Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Kiwify.com. Kiwify.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. This means that Kiwify appears on your credit card or bank statement as the entity processing the transaction.
Kiwify provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. For any billing-related questions, refund requests, or payment disputes, please direct your inquiry to Kiwify's support team through their platform.
As the Merchant of Record, Kiwify is responsible for ensuring compliance with payment card industry standards and applicable financial regulations related to transaction processing.
